How I wish my Grandparents had had fun with this book. What a gift it would have been for those of us who loved them!
This wonderful book contains 200 questions specifically created for use within families; including questions about birth, childhood, marriage, raising a family, career, spirituality, goals, and much more. Answers can be given verbally or written down on the lines provided.
This book found me, when I was searching for a way for sick or aging loved ones to record their lives.
Some samples: * If you were making a list of your three favorite childhood memories, what would they be? * What was your favorite game to play as a child? * Which friend from your past, with whom you've completely lost contact, would you most love to see again? * In your opinion, what has been your greatest accomplishment in life so far? Suppose upon your death a memorial fund were established in your name. For what purpose or cause would you want the money to be used?
Caregivers can introduce it as a fun activity. It will bring them and their loved ones joy to remember the happiest times of their lives, but also prompt answers to some important questions about the future. I'm sending a copy to my parents who are in good health. They will enjoy it now. We will enjoy it forever.
